Dr. Khulud Khudur, public health leader and Vice Chair of the Board for Jubilee Housing, was recently featured on the Washington Capitals’ official page in recognition of her participation in a powerful community celebration during the 2025 AdMo Vibe Summer Concert Series in Adams Morgan.

The event marked a significant milestone as the Monumental Sports & Entertainment Foundation presented a $10,000 donation to Jubilee Housing in support of its youth services—an investment that will directly impact and uplift young residents through education, mentorship, and wellness programming.

The community also came together to celebrate the unveiling of Brandon Hill’s “G.O.A.T.” mural—a bold and inspiring tribute to greatness that now brings vibrant energy to the heart of Washington, D.C. Dr. Khudur joined local leaders, artists, and residents in honoring this new addition to the neighborhood’s cultural fabric.

This moment beautifully captured the intersection of art, public health, youth empowerment, and civic engagement—principles that are central to Dr. Khudur’s mission and the work of her consulting firm, Dr. Khulud Khudur LLC. Her recognition by the Washington Capitals highlights the growing importance of community-driven partnerships and the enduring impact of grassroots leadership.

Dr. Khudur expressed her gratitude for being part of such a transformative initiative, stating that it was “a privilege to witness the power of collaboration in action—where sports, art, and public service come together to serve the next generation.”
